Refund policy
Fourteen days, stated plainly, with the one condition attached to it.
The policy
If the program is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, provided you have not worked through most of the program.
There is no form and no argument. Write to hello@joinovercome.com and a person will action it.
The condition, and why it exists
The threshold is roughly a third of the program. You can look properly — read the method, work the first phase, decide whether the writing is any good — and still change your mind.
It exists because this is written material delivered all at once. Without a threshold, the policy would simply be free access for anyone who asked, and the price would have to rise for everyone else to cover it.
Cancelling a monthly plan
Cancelling and refunding are different things. You can cancel any time in one click; that stops the next payment and you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends. No refund is needed for that.
We do not refund past months for a plan you kept using.
The one-time purchase
The same 14-day window applies, on the same condition.
Coaching
Coaching sessions already delivered are not refundable, since the coach’s time has been spent. Sessions you have paid for and not yet used are refundable at any time.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, that session counts as delivered.
If money is the problem
If the price is the reason you cannot do this, write to us before you buy. We will sort something out and we will not ask you to prove anything.
