Outcomes

What we are actually aiming at.

Not a weight, not a discharge date. Four things that have to be true at once, and a plain account of what this program can and cannot claim.

What we mean by recovered

Not weight-restored. Recovered.

Four things have to be true at once. None of them arrive in a few weeks, and three of them are never measured by the system that discharged you.

01

Eating costs you nothing

You eat a normal meal, in normal company, and nothing follows it. No arithmetic, no correction, no adjustment to tomorrow. Food goes quiet and stays quiet.

02

You eat what you actually want

Wanting something stops being evidence of a problem. A craving becomes information rather than a threat, and it is allowed to be reason enough on its own.

03

Your appetite comes back

Hunger and fullness are signals the illness switched off. They return slowly, unevenly, and out of order. Rebuilding them is physical work, not a change of mind — and it takes the longest.

04

Your body is genuinely well

Energy, sleep, cycles, bone density, cardiac and blood markers — tracked by your medical team, not by us. Weight restored is the beginning of physical recovery, not the end of it.

What we do not claim

We have no outcome data. This program is new, it is self-administered, and nobody is monitoring whether you finish it. Anyone selling you a recovery statistic for a $39 information product is making it up.

What we can tell you is what it is built to reach, why it is sequenced the way it is, and who it is not appropriate for. Everything else would be a claim we have not earned yet.

When there is real data, it will be on this page, including the parts that are unflattering.
